Lesson Options & Tuition:
Most adult lessons are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. (Lessons for children can be scheduled at 30 minutes.)
Introduction Lesson: First lesson with me? Discounted introductory consultations are a benefit we offer for first-time clients. This session provides you a stress-free opportunity to discuss your goals with Kirsten and discover how she can best help you along your vocal journey. Then, you’ll dive into some singing, giving you a feel for how your future lessons will work. Simply have a song ready to sing and any questions that you may have. Due to demand, Intro rates are only offered once and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Auto-Debited, Weekly Lessons: For clients who are dedicated to their vocal development and maintaining forward momentum with weekly lessons. Tuition is discounted 15% and automatically debited from the card on file each month. Committing to weekly lessons also grants access to an online portal to access warm-ups and recordings of lessons.
Pre-Paid Packages: For clients who cannot commit to weekly lessons but still want to take lessons semi-regularly. Includes 5 pre-paid drop-in lessons at an 8% discount to be used within three (3) months of purchase date. No refunds will be issued for unused lessons.
Drop-In Lessons: For clients who need a one-time lesson for an upcoming audition, recording, or performance.
Studio Policies:
Payment: Payments are made in advance through Square, which keeps all information secure and confidential. Orlando Voice Teacher Kirsten Kiwior does not have access to credit card information but has the ability to charge the credit card on file if and only if a) a no-show/cancellation fee applies; b) the client has not paid for the lesson by the time the lesson is completed; OR c) the client elects an auto-debit subscription for lessons.
No-Shows: No-shows will neither be rescheduled nor receive a refund. This no-show policy will be waived once per calendar year per client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Weekly lesson plan students will receive one reschedule opportunity every two months. Drop-in and pre-paid cancellations or requests to reschedule within 48 hours of your lesson will neither be rescheduled nor receive a refund. Exceptions may be made due to emergency or illness. Rescheduling requests more than 48 hours in advance will be honored according to schedule availability. Excessive requests to reschedule may not be honored.
Late Policy: Lessons will begin and end promptly at the scheduled time. Due to scheduling and fairness, late time will not be added to the end of any lesson.
Referrals: You will receive one complimentary lesson as a thank-you for each client you refer to Orlando Voice Teacher Kirsten Kiwior. Referred clients must commit to at least two months of lessons before receiving your complimentary voice lesson.
